- Describe the picture- first neg, then positive
- Tell a story from your summer or year, tell it through a negative lens, what went wrong and why.
- Now tell the same story only talking about positives. This may include a negative that you now see as positive

- Preface the mindfulness plan for the year
- How do we refine our mindsets and perspectives
- Sewing circles, working towards positive change
- How does this knowledge impact class culture? Norms and values.
- There are no positive or negative emotions, only productive and non-productive one

- What are strategies or steps you can take to overcome the negativity bias? Which ones make the most sense to you and your life?

- 5 minutes guided
