The major goal of today is to make prototypes. At least 4, to be specific.
1st Hour- Make A Prototype By Yourself 8:25-8:40am Icebreaker (15 minutes) 8:40-8:55am Video on quick prototypes (15 minutes)
8:55-9:15am Individual prototype 1: The Thumbnail BREAK (10 minutes) 2nd Hour- Make A Prototype with a Partner 9:25- 9:35am Speed Dating or Paseo
9:35 - 10:00 In partners prototype - Round Robin (do a few round with different ideas) 10:00 - 10:10 Break 3rd Hour- Prototype with in a Quartet 10:10 - 11:00 In a small group of 3 create your 3rd prototype - Rough and Ready 4th Hour -Make A Prototype In A Large Group and Debrief 11:00 - 11:40 Prototype 4 - Choose Your Own in this folder of prototype options 11:40 - 12:00 Share prototype - test your idea!! Go and find someone to share your ideas with. (9th grade teachers stationed around the school) Questions: What ideas does this prototype give you? What do you like about this? What questions do you have? What do you not like about it?
